Connector Microtooling System’s CMS-787 is the FIRST electrical connector service kit licensed and authorized by The Boeing Company.
Tooling contained in the CMS-787 is the VERY SAME listed in the Boeing Standard Wire Practice Manual (Chapter 20). This ensures your technicians will have the right answers when questioned by the FAA inspector as to whether or not they are using the correct tooling for the job. The CMS-787 includes crimping tools for size 12 and smaller circular contacts, size 5 and smaller coax connectors and crimping tools for terminal lugs. Insertion and removal tools are included for size 4/0 and smaller. Also included are visual aids, wire strippers, calibration gages and measuring devices.
We’ve done away with the foam cavities that stretch, tear and scatter tooling when opened.

The manual permits easy reference by allowing the technician to simply track across the page from left to right for complete connector repair data
